Braemoor is a 120 Bed, skilled care facility, that has provided quality healthcare services to the Greater Brockton Community since 1939. It is a private, family owned facility, and one of the first in Brockton to be accredited by the Joint Commission. Braemoor provides cable television service, telephone service, and internet access on admission on the short term care unit.  The facility is air conditioned in all common areas, has single and double bed rooms, and is surrounded by three acres of landscaped area.
Braemoor provides short term rehabilitation, long term care, respite care, hospice care and general evaluation and observation services prior to hospitalization.

Braemoor completed it's Tri-Annual Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities survey on November 2010 deficiency free.
