Braemoor admits patients for Short Term Rehabilitation, Skilled Observation prior to Hospitalization, Respite Care, and Long Term Care. Admissions are accomplished 24 hours a day, seven days a week from Acute Care or Rehabilitation Hospitals, other Nursing Facilities and the Community. |
