    The Outpatient Clinic at Braemoor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center covers over 7000sq ft of treatment area with state of the art equipment. Our Team maintains an individual approach to care plans emphasizing quality and pain management. Appointments can be scheduled without delay with a physician= s order.

In addition to the rehabilitation services provided to the Community, the Outpatient Clinic compliments our Inpatient Program by helping to reduce a patient= s length of stay, and provides a strong continuum of care after discharge. Following discharge home, a patient can continue his/her treatment at Braemoor with the same rehabilitation Team.
